Beautiful 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom villa (220 sqm) with private pool, Jacuzzi and garden.
All rooms have separate air conditioning, TV’s and a fast wifi connection is available. There is a sofa bed in the downstairs living room which can be used to accommodate guests 5 & 6.
The villa is situated within a secure compound in the best location Phratumnak which is a vibrant area with plenty of amenities, only 500m from the beach & 1.5km from walking street.

The property also includes a fully fitted kitchen, living room & dining area.
All 3 internal rooms have separate air conditioning units. The lounge has a 55”smart TV, TV box and a fast fiber optic wifi internet connection is available.
There is a jacuzzi on the rooftop, but it is currently out of action awaiting replacement parts.
Guests are subject to paying a security deposit of 6,000 THB in cash (any currency accepted). The deposit will be collected upon arrival by housekeeping and refunded on departure subject to any damage/additional charges.
For tenancies less than 28 days the electric is subject to fair usage which is 40 units a day. You shouldn’t go over this if you turn the air con off and lights off while you’re not in the villa.
For tenancies of 28 days or more the tenant will be fully responsible for the full electric and water charges accrued during the stay which will be charged at the standard government rate.
Cleaning is 1,399THB per clean and includes one clean and a change of bed linen. Additional cleaning and laundry is available upon request.
There is off road covered parking at the villa.
We can book a taxi for your arrival, a taxi from BKK Suvarnabhumi Airport to the condo is 1,750 THB.
SMOKING WITHIN THE VILLA IS NOT PERMITTED however guests are allowed to smoke in the garden. Smoking within the villa will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
