Beautiful 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms villa with secluded private swimming pool (salt water) and garden, in a private estate with 24hr security.
Located right at the front of the village, for easy access to everything, and free parking directly outside the villa.
The property includes a fully fitted kitchen (with washing machine), living room, dining area and relaxing garden.
All internal rooms have separate air conditioning units, ceiling fans, TV’s and an independent fibre optic wifi connection is provided.
The villa is located within the best private pool villa community in Pattaya, in a vibrant area only 500m from Jomtien Beach.
50m to 24hr Restaurant, 7/11, market, taxis and baht buses. 150m to Beach. 5 min to Major shopping center.

Guest access
Guest have full use of the house and garden which includes a private pool. Guest can also make use of the huge communal salt water pool, bar and bistro.
Other things to note
6,000 THB security deposit in cash (any currency accepted) will be collected upon arrival by our rental manager and refunded on departure, subject to any damage/additional charges.
For bookings up to 28 days electric is subject to fair usage which is 25 units a day. You shouldn’t go over this if you turn the air con off and lights off while you’re not in the villa.
For tenancies of 28 days or more the tenant will be fully responsible for the full electric and water charges accrued during the stay which will be charged at the standard government rate.
Additional cleaning is 1,500THB per clean and includes 1 x clean and 1 x change of all bed linen & towels.
There is on road parking right outside the villa.
I can assist with arranging taxis, an example price from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the villa is 1,750THB.
SMOKING WITHIN THE VILLA IS NOT PERMITTED however guests are allowed to smoke in the garden. Smoking within the villa will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
