The room comprises of an open plan living room/diner, large balcony with impressive sea and city view, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite shower room, second bedroom and family shower room.

Guest have full access to all the facilities and can make use of the secure car park. Charges for car parking apply.

Other things to note

A security deposit of 6,000 THB in cash (any currency accepted) will be collected upon arrival by housekeeping and refunded on departure, subject to any damage/additional charges.

For tenancies less than 28 days the electric consumptions is subject to fair usage which is 20 units a day. You shouldn’t go over this if you turn the air conditioning and lights off while you’re not in the condo.

For tenancies of 28 days or longer the tenant will be fully responsible for the electric and water consumption which will be calculated at the standard government rate.

Cleaning is 850thb per visit and includes cleaning and change of bed linen & towels. Just a standard clean with no laundry is 650thb.

There is ample parking in the condominium project, chargeable for cars.

We can book a taxi for your arrival, a taxi from BKK Suvarnabhumi Airport to the condo is 1,750 THB.

SMOKING WITHIN THE CONDO IS NOT PERMITTED however guests are allowed to smoke on the balcony. Smoking within the condo will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
