The private space comprises of a modern 60 sqm 1 bedroom, ensuite bathroom & guest toilet, condo situated on the 7th floor of Centara Avenue Residences, building C with swimming pool view. The room includes a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob & oven, a small dining area, a living room with a 55″ smart TV, balcony & 1 separate bedroom with 55″ smart TV.
Guest access
Guests are able to access all of the projects facilities which is includes a huge pool and landscaped gardens equipped with seating and sun loungers that surrounds the entire development. The pools also includes a slide which is suitable for children.
Guests will also have access to the gym, steam room and a sauna.

Other things to note
For tenancies less than 28 days the electric consumption is subject to fair usage which is 20 units a day. You shouldn’t go over this if you turn the air con off and lights off while you’re not in the condo.
For tenancies of 28 days or longer the tenant will be fully responsible for the electric and water consumption which will be calculated at the standard government rate.
Cleaning is 799 THB per clean and includes x1 clean and x1 change of bed linen.

We can book a taxi for your arrival, a taxi from BKK Suvarnabhumi Airport to the condo is 1,750 THB.
SMOKING WITHIN THE CONDO IS NOT PERMITTED however guests are allowed to smoke on the large balcony. Smoking within the condo will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
The room is located on the 7th floor but there is an elevator for access.
NOTE : There will be a 6,000 THB deposit in cash (any currency accepted) collected upon arrival and refunded on departure, subject to any damage/additional charges. I look forward to meeting you soon.
