The space
The property includes a fully fitted kitchen, living room, office, dining area and relaxing garden area with seating, outside dining table and large private swimming pool.
All internal rooms have separate air conditioning units, TV’s and a fibre optic wifi connection is available.

Guest access
Guest have use of the full house and garden which includes a private pool. Guest can also make use of the huge communal pool, bar and restaurant.
Other things to note
6,000 THB security deposit in cash (any currency accepted) will be collected upon arrival by housekeeping and refunded on departure, subject to any damage/additional charges.
For bookings up to 28 days electric is subject to fair usage which is 45 units a day. You shouldn’t go over this if you turn the air con off and lights off while you’re not in the villa.
For tenancies of 28 days or more the tenant will be fully responsible for the full electric and water charges accrued during the stay which will be charged at the standard government rate.
Cleaning is 1,500 THB per clean and includes x1 clean and change of clean bed linen & towels.
Standard cleaning only is 1,000thb, please contact us to arrange.
There is private off road parking with electric gates for 2 cars & bikes.
I can assist with arranging taxis, an example price from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the villa is 2,000 THB.
SMOKING WITHIN THE VILLA IS NOT PERMITTED however guests are allowed to smoke in the garden. Smoking within the villa will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
